Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to all our members and to maintain the quality of our specialized training environment, we strictly adhere to the following policies. 1. Class Booking Policy (12-Hour Advance) Classes must be reserved in advance to guarantee your spot, as space is strictly limited. Advance Booking Required: All members must book their desired class slot (6:00 AM or 6:00 PM) at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Booking System: All reservations must be made via our official booking platform (e.g., website, app). 2. Cancellation & No-Show Courtesy Policy To help us run an efficient gym and be fair to all members, we kindly ask that you provide advance notice if you’re unable to attend a class you’ve reserved. Please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it. This allows waitlisted members the opportunity to plan ahead and participate, and helps us manage class capacity effectively. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be addressed individually to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Thank you for being considerate of the community and helping us keep classes running smoothly. 3. Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. The system automatically manages waitlist moves based on cancellations. Waitlist Cap: The waitlist is limited to a maximum of 10 people per class. Automatic Enrollment: If a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically enrolled and notified via email/text. 15-Minute Claim Window: Once notified of automatic enrollment, the member has a 15-minute window to confirm or decline the spot. If the spot is confirmed, the reservation is secured. If the spot is declined or the 15-minute window expires, the spot will immediately be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Commitment to Fairness These policies are in place to maximize opportunity for all members within our exclusive, capped program. By booking a class, you agree to adhere to these terms.
