Cancellation Policy

Self service recovery sessions are first come first serve. Clients must schedule in advance and must check in at the front desk upon arrival to the facility. Self recovery sessions are limited to 20 minutes when other clients are waiting to use equipment. To cancel or reschedule, please do so online, or contact us.
